We are a full-service Debtor Bankruptcy firm with extensive experience in all individual and business entity bankruptcies (Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13). We take the time to understand each client and the client's situation before charging a dime. We know that the two greatest times of stress in a bankruptcy client's life are the first meeting with the attorney, and the creditors meeting which takes place shortly after filling for bankruptcy protection. We endeavor to make those two events as stress free as possible. We also try to help the client understand that filing for bankruptcy protection is not the end of the world. On many occasions, it is truly a "fresh start."
I have regularly been called on by certain providers to teach other attorneys how it is done but that is rarely enough. There are many traps and snares for the unwary, and you want an experienced attorney to guide you through the process. We have been doing this work for over three decades. We know what we are doing, and we can tell you if bankruptcy relief is appropriate for you. Sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't. But we let the client know what their options are.
