"Our office handles a wide range of civil litigation proceedings including insurance disputes, personal injury matters and business disputes. Additionally, a large portion of our practice is dedicated to Probate Administration and litigation. Probate is the Court supervised process of distribution of assets contained in a person’s estate after they pass away. Mr. Zoecklein currently focuses his practice on Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation. His team is currently litigating cases throughout the State of Florida in the practice areas of probate administration, estate litigation, insurance claims, and business law. Brice Zoecklein grew up in Blacksburg Virginia and attended Virginia Tech where he graduated cum laude and obtained a degree in business management.
